He was born in 1963 in Saharanpur. His father belonged to Faizabad but later on, he moved to Saharanpur where Abhinandan was born.
He had to suffer a lot in his childhood; as he was born in a very poor family. His father used to polish shoes & do domestic work in their local area. Abhinbandan also used to help in a family’s subsistence by selling Kheer in trains.
In his childhood, he was fond of acting. He used to play the role of Raavan in Ramlila that was organized in their locality.
He has been on several occasions roughed up by the public with slaps and physical assaults and has even received death threats. Due to these events, he wrote 50 letters to the CM of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath and 20 letters to Mahendra Nath Pandey, President of State unit of the BJP (UP) for his security but no 1 is responded.
Fearing risk to his life and due to indifferent attitude of the state government and police towards his security, he joined the Congress party in October 2018 and decided to campaign for Congress in the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.
In April 2019, he filed his nomination as an Independent Candidate from Lucknow and Varanasi against Rajnath Singh and Narendra Modi, respectively for the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.
